Labours
Migrant Labours, being enrolled in mgnrega if not willing to come back.
Wage rate increased from 188 to 202
Part of Labour Code – Pending before Parliament
Minimum wage to be made universal
Regional disparity in minimum wage to be synchronised through national floor rate, if state agrees
Appointment letter to be issued to all workers
Health Check up to be made compulsory
ESIC benefits extended to all entities employing more than 10 persons
ESIC to be mandatory for entities working in hazardous industry
Social security for gig and platform workers
Re-skilling is to be worked on for retrenched workers
Migrant Labours – Free food grain for 2 months (for noncard holders as well). States shall be
implementing agencies. Cost shall be 3500 Cr. Appx
Migrant Labours – Portability of ration card among various states. One Nation One Ration card
Affordable rental scheme – PM Awas Yojna to be launched through various incentivisation
schemes
Small Businesses & Housing
Interest Subvention for mudhra shishu loan of 2%
Street Vendors – easy access to credit
For Lower Middle Class (earning between 6 - 18 Lakhs) – Credit linked subsidy scheme already in
place upto March, 2020 for buying houses. Now extended upto March, 2021
Campa Fund covering various schemes for adivasi and tribal people – 6000 Cr. allocated
